Experience Overview:

Arrival Day:

Participants arrive the afternoon of the first Saturday (we will pickup at Kamloops airport or send a map for those driving) and leave the morning of the last Saturday – unless attending an adjoining Special Guest Retreat. These Special Retreats will be situated in between regular Gateway retreats with optional layover days before and after.
*View our calendar for retreat dates.

Participants will be offered very comfortable wall tent or spirit lodge accommodation of their preference, (There are shower/bathroom outbuildings nearby) with the addition of Spirit Quest Tent Outposts. Pictures of some of the buildings are viewable in the slide show.

After arriving, you can settle in to the quiet and seclusion of the 320 acres. Dinner and Happy Hour (beer, cider and wine provided) will be from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at the Gate House. After dinner we will meet in the Spirit Lodge for an orientation and opening ceremonies. Participants will receive a personal journal and art supplies and be shown the possibilities of journal keeping. Practitioners will introduce themselves and share their stories and participants will be invited to share theirs.
